Created by Robert Motherwell in 1980, Altamira Elegy is an etching and aquatint on Arches paper. Hand-initialed in pencil and numbered from the edition of 75, the artwork measures 9 x 11 7/8 in. (22.9 x 30.2 cm), unframed. This edition was published by Skira/Rizzoli, Geneva and New York, and printed by Derrière l'Étoile Studios, New York.
